Boats

We do live on an island, after all, so boats are a way of life here.  And what a variety we have!


Port Aransas Ferries




You may arrive and depart on a ferry.

Port Aransas Museum's Farley Boat Works





The Farley tarpon fishing boats originated in Port Aransas in 1915.  These historic boats are again being built here.











The Garden Club sells concrete "Farley Boat" planters as a city beautification project.
